Chloe, i only prefer white pigs for the butchers as they tend to be a cross with better shape, i personally think there is nothing wrong with coulerd spotted pigs but i am governed by what the end buyer of the pigs off me wants.
Just read Dottis post again and it has wound me up, quality, i cant think of many “quality” meat pigs that are 6 month old and for sale at £50, can you???
Or from an earlier conversation with Dotti’s other half meat pigs that were november born and 20-25kg in april?
