I have an unproven but ready to work rufus boar just 8 months old (Dec 2006 born). Non-cyclically bred from my own Rufus & Star.
He is birth notified and I was finishing him for meat, but I have probably missed the safe use by at 8 months !!
He is showing signs of being a good worker with a keen eye for any gilts coming into season, and it is for this reason that I am considering offering him as a registered boar.
All my pigs are outdoors and electric fence trained.I am looking for a sensible offer and collection ASAP when movements are allowed again.
