How much would 3 1/2 acre of arable land cost to rent in south Yorkshire / Lincolnshire?

We pay and charge rent between £150- up to £350- per acre depending on soil quality and how long the rent is for

If you want to pay that per mth ive got as much land as you want to rent
No arable land is per year
If you have buildings on the land it will go up
the same as if you have water and electric
The trouble is for pepole wanting to rent and buy small plots is horses put the prices up

Thank goodness for that, £500 a month did sound a tad too much.[:0] No utilities or buildings, just a small corner of a field next to some woods, with a green lane access road off of a private farm lane.
