Hill House Farm

We rear and finish rare breed Gloucester Old Spot pigs, Southdown sheep and free-range bronze turkeys here on the farm. We also collaborate with a handful of carefully selected farms and producers across the Surrey Hills who share our ethos and passion for sustainable farming. We offer ‘farm to fork’ lamb, pork, beef and turkeys at Christmas, all butchered and traditionally prepared in our catering unit on the Farm. As butchers and chefs, with decades of experience between us, we work hard to prepare our produce to the same high standards you would expect in any high-end establishment. We have everything from joints for roasting, hams, bacons, sausages and steaks to more traditional cuts including collar bacon, rolled pork shoulders, beef brisket and shin, rolled and stuffed lamb breast and lamb neck fillets. There’s also our award winning sausage rolls, quiches, ready meals and much more, all available to buy from our Farm Shop
