Earlier in the day, the July 2014-born sow beat off stiff competition from other traditional breeds to be named the traditional breeds champion. Out of Onnyview Princess Freda and sired by Pebblesford Sambo, Kilcot Princess Freda 3 is a first-time winner at Balmoral.

Brian also took the prize in the July Boar Class with a Gerald boar.

Brian will be heading to the Great Yorkshire Show in July.
