We can only use the contact details you give us on your application form so please check you have given us the correct postcode? Did you clearly write your email address indicating upper and lower case letters/digits? Have you changed email provider and not told us? Is your mail box set up to receive documents over 1mb and is our Spot Press address on your contacts list and lastly was your handwriting on the form legible?

Xmas/Winter Spot Press is due to you in early December so please renew/join as soon as you can checking we have the correct information to get it to you.
