The Catalogue of all entries made for the Breeds of Gloucestershire Show & Sale is now available and you can view it on this website by going to the Show & Sale page.
There’s a good selection of pigs across senior and younger boars, in-pig gilts and maiden gilts and one sow & litter. There’s a wide range of bloodlines including examples of some of the rarest – Primrose and Princess Freda so lots to choose from. Also there are entries from some of our top herds including Judith Sims’ Winterwood herd – one the top showing herds over the last 20 years – and John Lightfoot’s Pebblesford herd which bred this year’s GOS Champion of Champions.
If you’re looking for quality GOS breeding stock then you must come along to this event at Cirencester Livestock Market on the main A417/419 between the M4 at Swindon and the M5 at Gloucester on Saturday 3rd August.
Pigs will be card graded on arrival and shown at 10.30. The sale will start at around 1.15pm. Entry is free.
