Wow what a scorcher ! Everyone enjoyed the agricultural and livestock displays. It was an amazing line-up featuring 3,000 animals and lots of humans too!
The highlights of the 80 hours of action included the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment Musical Ride, Band of The Queen’s Division, RAF Falcons Parachute Display Team, Scurry Driving, the Parade of Hounds plus the Showjumping events. The racing pigs from Church Farm Stow Bardolph were popular with young and old visitors alike. The commentary by Paul Furness was as entertaining as the race.
See HamCam pig racing here it proves GOS pigs can moved when suitably encouraged!
